Growing up outside of Charlotte, NC, I am a native Carolinian. My husband, Eric and I share six children together, Hunter, Madison, Alexander, Kent, Brooke and Ainsley, from the age of 30 to 7. Family and community mean a lot to us. I volunteer in the community with S.C.U.T.E , at the local Elementary in the Art class, I'm a member of Rotary Club, on the Community Outreach Committee with Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and on the the Builder Opportunity Committee with Habitat For Humanity and CCAR.
I began my professional career as a Registered Nurse and that nurturing style transformed into being a full time mother and eventually into the Real Estate business in 2006. I have been a Real Estate professional for 10 years. I am proud to say that I am licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Along with my Real Estate career, being married to a high end custom home builder, has given me a unique insight into the process of homebuilding. Start to finish, from the acquisition of the perfect home site to matching a client’s taste with their particular needs and then merging those requirements with their budget, a very rewarding process to be a part of.
Another passion of mine is researching and finding distinctive properties – whether they are limited amenity lots, Ocean, Marsh, Golf Course or even Intracoastal waterway properties. I have the exceptional ability and the research tools to help my clients discover properties that are well suited for their needs, and present a significant value in the marketplace.
