Deanna is an amazing asset to have when looking for a house. She assisted me and my husband in this crazy housing market and helped us come out on top. We were able to locate and close on a home 2 1/2 months before our first little one is born. She introduced us to a great broker and really made this process smooth and less overwhelming!!! There are a ton of Real Estate Agents out there. We can't emphasize enough that while there are many good agents, you really need a great agent. Deanna did not promise us the world, she did not tell us what we wanted to hear, rather she gave us hard facts based on her experience and knowledge. She was not afraid to educate us on the do's and don'ts while giving us the ability to make sound choices. She had a strategic plan and even better had a plan to back up that plan that she shared with us up front. We did very little to our 50 year old house and in one weekend we had multiple offers. For the next month Deanna followed up on every detail and even secured an issue that allowed us to close within 30 days! Again, we can't thank Deanna enough for pre-qualifying and verifying everything that one goes through when buying or selling a home. Great Real Estate Agents put you first before themselves. At the end of the day she found a great family to care for our place that we called home for over 40 years and closed with no delays. Good is only good as what you know to be good, if you don't know any better, then you'll never know how good (Deanna Faraone) can really be! Thank you Deanna!

In working with Deanna of Town Square Realty I felt like a very valued customer and then some. Deanna kept me up to date and apprised of any and all details as both a seller and buyer.

She is very responsive, attentive, and experienced. Even with being prequalified, having a down payment, as well as a great credit score and income, the housing market was not very easy or forgiving these past 12 months.

Couldn't have asked for more from Deanna Faraone as our home selling agent. What made us pick her initially was she would help us stage our home. We had a beautiful home but she gave us pointers that never crossed our mind but totally made since. And from that day she kept her word.
She was honest about everything. Yes it is a sellers market but warned it could change on a dime. In which it did. She listed it for more than expected. 😁
We ran into a thing with a neighbor and she guided us right out of it.
But her best quality about being our agent was, she loves what she does and it shows in every step of the process. She never missed a step.

When we interviewed Deanna Faraone to sell our house, we chose her because she answered all the questions I had lined out before the interview. I didn't feel it necessary to conduct further interviews and it turns out going with my initial intuition was the right choice. The marketing package she put together with photos and video stood out high and above any I have ever seen.
