She is a Canadian girl by birth and her husband, three children were transferred here in 1994 with Weyerhaeuser. Deanna loves the Pacific Northwest! This area has made a definite impact on their lives, from the snowy Crystal Mountain to the lapping waves at Ruston Way, and they are still exploring all that the area has to offer.
Deanna has been in this business for 18 years now, starting with land searches for a developer to now listing, selling, sitting site and all the pieces in between. She worked with first time home buyers, families moving up into larger homes, seniors moving into smaller homes, couples buying second homes. She has run the gambit and loved all of it. Deanna recently included working in the Relocation realm and enjoys helping new Washingtonians find their perfect home. Having relocated here ourselves She believes she is well equipped with understanding the pressure and stress that finding a home AND starting a new job can bring!
In 2017, she went to Arizona and passed her real estate license there as well. She saw quite a few friends buying second homes or retirement homes in the Greater Phoenix area. A source of retirement planning can include rental property income and she is seeing some purchase homes for themselves to rent for the next couple of years until they are ready for retirement. Deanna wants to be the Realtor that they already know, in that space, and help them in the next stage of life.
She works by referral and face-to-face meetings. Deanna finds that if she does great work for her clients, they will be more than willing to encourage their friends and family to work with her as well, and she really tries to provide the best service possible for everyone.
