Deanna is amazing! My husband and I meet her by chance at an open house. We’re so glad that we met her. She’s attentive to the needs of buyers/sellers and goes above and beyond for her clients. We’ve been on both sides of the transaction as either buyers or sellers, Deanna delivered in each one. We highly recommend her. If and when our home needs change, Deanna will always be our only choice.

Deanna was the best realtor we ever could have asked for. She was exceptionally helpful in advising us on home improvements to make before listing, provided amazing photography and marketing, and was incredibly helpful for showings, making sure everything was perfect before potential buyers walked through, as we were out of town. Our home immediately received multiple over asking price offers, and we were under contract within 24 hours.
We knew that home hunting in this market would be very tough. Deanna clearly understood the immediate urgency of the market, and very quickly secured showings and was available for us when we needed to see properties. When we found our new home, she was a fantastic advisor in making an offer and negotiating in this crazy real estate climate.
During our selling and our buying process, we found Deanna to be encouraging, understanding, compassionate, and a great advocate for us. Deanna was always immediately responsive to any question or concern we had. However, we didn’t have a chance to reach out to her much since she was always a step ahead of us. Very regularly, Deanna would send a message with an update regarding where we were in the buying/selling process, any tasks that needed to be completed, and a preview of what we could anticipate in the days ahead. She always answered our questions before we could ask them, and the information she regularly communicated was timely and extremely helpful.
The extras Deanna provided us with, from the stellar photography and marketing she provides, assistance in utility transfer/set-up, the meals/snacks she dropped off when she knew we were drowning in the chaos of moving, and her consistent positive and encouraging demeanor, kept us as stress free as one could possibly be while making a move. Deanna’s response time was almost immediate any time we needed something, and she always made us feel like her top priority, no matter how much she was already juggling. Deanna has definitely found her calling in real estate, and we are immensely grateful to have had the pleasure of working with her through this exciting time in our life!
