Deanna Smith

Deanna Smith is the founder, CEO and Broker-In-Charge of Exclusive Realty, LLC. With years of experience in the real estate business, Deanna’s initial focus is to provide a professionally easy hands-on experience for her home buyers and sellers. Her motivation derives from what she holds close to her heart, family. Originally from New York, Deanna wanted a taste of Southern Hospitality and made Charlotte, North Carolina her home. Setting trailblazing records in the real estate industry, she has sold over 300 homes throughout the Carolina's, with one of her greatest accomplishments of placing fifteen families in new homes in one week’s time. Specializing in retail and commercial, short sales, REO, foreclosures, rentals and leasing, Deanna has a plan to network with any industry to make sure she gets the job done.
Perhaps surprisingly, much of Deanna’s career was not spent in Real Estate, but with industries as diverse as Early Childhood Education, Law Enforcement, Asphalt and Concrete, Customer Care and Consulting. The common thread was her ability to drive sales, but also to help others be more successful. Wanting to help others maximize their opportunities to secure their future, Deanna took a leap of faith and formed her company Exclusive Realty. In doing so, she has coached, mentored and led many other realtors to successful careers. She has led programs with Coach Ella, Real Estate Ladies Rocks and found houses for celebrities; such as Jamie Foxx and many others. Through her community partnerships, memberships and certifications with Charlotte Crown, National Associations of Realtors (NAR), Project Management, Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club, The CEO Lounge and a host of other businesses and organizations, Deanna strives to make known how she achieved her goals and accomplishments to those who have a hunger for learning and winning. She has always delved into her communities to give back, network, learn and explore new ventures. Deanna has always been a huge supporter of philanthropic organizations and donates her time and supportive efforts to children and women in at-risk environments. Her mission is to touch and change as many lives as possible by helping to make their dreams become a reality.
Holding license in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, her ultimate goal of becoming a worldwide trailblazing Broker-In-Charge is now being set in motion. She has gained many partnerships within her communities and opened new doors for many businesses to offer employment programs for living assistance and home buying needs.
Deanna’s motto of “Live or Live Bigger” stands strong; as her commitment to ensure that each of her clients live, love and buy or sell happy. Her greatest achievements began with helping others find their dream homes on limited budgets with little to no down payments.
When Deanna is not working, you can find her enjoying her family, riding motorcycles or cruising neighborhoods to find those special homes while building Repore with the community.
