

About Deanna
Born and raised in rural Upstate New York, Deanna bought a dairy farm there after college, developing a very strong work ethic as she spent 12 hours a day, 7 days a week operating the business. In addition to her duties to the farm, she obtained her New York real estate license and worked as a REALTOR® on a part-time basis from 1987-1992.
In 1997, Deanna and her husband decided to exchange the harsh New York winters with the unending Florida sunshine, and permanently relocated to Marco Island. Inspired to help others claim the same joyful lifestyle in Marco Island that she has found, Deanna's primary goal as a REALTOR® is to assist her customers in finding the perfect home for their needs.
Deanna is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®. In her leisure time, she enjoys all of the wonderful outdoor activities that the area offers, like golfing, mountain biking, kayaking and hiking.

Many real estate agents in Marco are part timers or doIng it as a hobby. Vince and Deanna are 100% committed to this full time. Vince sold our existing home and sold us our current home. He just sold my inlaws a house. He listens, shows you what you think you want and throws out a few options to consider. When he shows a house, he simply opens the door, sits down and let's you take an uniterupted tour of the house. Most real estate people feel they constanly have to show you the special features of a house before you even get a basic sense of acceptance or rejection of the property. Who really cares if it has an extra big pantry if the layout does not work??? After viewing several properties he begins to ask questions, then the dialog begins and he has the answers!!!!
