Deanna Weaver

Deanna has been in the service industry since she started her career. In 2002 she received her real estate license to fill her need to be a bigger part of people’s lives. Deanna was passionate about helping change the lives of people and being a part of a family’s life while buying or selling the biggest investment they had was the one thing she knew she could be good at.

Early in her real estate career she quickly learned that not all licensed agents were in the business for the same reasons. Most of them are in it just for payday and could really care less about their clients.

Coming from the Midwest, Deanna grew up with a set of values not shared with many. She understands the time and commitment it takes to do a job right. It is not about the money; it is about the task at hand. A job well done is not only satisfying but it reaps rewards beyond a paycheck. Being part of a family’s decision to buy or sell their home is gratifying in ways that are hard to grasp. It is being part of something bigger than herself.

Since 2002 the real estate market has been on a roller coaster ride. The ups have been extremely high and the lows exceptionally low. Deanna has survived by keeping a steady course and keeping true to her beliefs and treating every client with the utmost respect and compassion. In 2012 she and her husband Keith, a licensed real estate broker, purchased their 1st EXIT Franchise and in 2017 purchased their second one.

Deanna and Keith believe in the EXIT System so much that in 2017 they acquired the rights to sell EXIT Realty Franchises in Arizona. They are looking for like-minded leaders in Real Estate in Arizona, who love to teach, train, coach and develop others to reach their true potential and make a difference in their communities.
