Deanne Hoppel

Deanne, her husband Brian, step-son Chase and her daughter Madalyn, live in Linglestown, Lower Paxton Township. Deanne enjoys spending time with her friends and family with many nieces and nephews swimming and lounging by her pool. With Deanne's extensive real estate career, experience and knowledge of the law as a paralegal, she is an asset to the Howard Hanna family.

Transitioning from Sales Associate to Sales Director

Born in Mentor, Ohio, Deanne and her family moved to York, PA in the early 80's and graduated from Central York High School. After graduating from Central Penn Business College is 94' with a paralegal major, Deanne worked as a paralegal for the Court Administrator's Office for the Court of Common Pleas and then directly for the Judges of Dauphin County until 2001. While working for the court system, Deanne also worked for a local real estate company and then started selling homes full time in 2001. After selling homes for 20+ years, Deanne has sold everything from foreclosures and distressed homes to vacant land, residential homes, new construction and commercial properties.
