Deb Alderson

Deb’s mission is to provide a home buying or selling experience that will exceed people's expectations and WOW them. She brings high energy, a cheerful outlook, and a winning smile to work with her every day. Outstanding customer service and a thorough understanding of current trends in the marketplace are the cornerstones of Deb’s business.

In her experience as a real estate professional, she found that providing the absolute best service is about putting her clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to their needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been her approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. Deb found that keeping up with the latest technologies has enabled her to do everything she has always done, only much more efficiently.

In addition, Deb strongly believes in being actively involved in the Realtor community. To that end, she’s been Women's Council of Realtors Chapter President, State President, and State Governor for Connecticut. Deb’s currently President of the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors. She also serves on the CT State Board of Directors.
