I was with a friend one day and happened to drive by a cute cottage house that I adored. I knew I had to see it. I got Deborah's name and phone number from the for sale sign that very day. I gave her a call that day and she set up a time quickly to meet me there as I was only in town for one more day. After that initial showing I returned a few more times. Deb was always very professional and helpful during the process of deciding between the cute cottage house I first saw and loved and other places. She also showed me several other homes and condos. I wanted to be sure I chose the perfect home. I had lived in Myrtle Beach as a child and as an adult I wanted to live there again. I was very specific about what I wanted and Deb found the perfect places to show me. She was very patient with me as I had to keep looking at more places. I finally decided on the cute cottage house that I had loved from the first time I laid eyes on it and had only seen the outside! It was so close to the beach just like the house I'd lived in as a child. I should have chosen it from the start, but I had to be sure because I planned to keep it as a second home for many years to come. Deb got me through it all with a breeze. I'll always be so thankful for her help and expertise. She helped my dream come true! I hope to work with her again one day! jgreihl

Deb was referred to me through a trusted friend for my condo/house hunt in the Orlando area. She was very knowledgeable on the general real estate process and also had some insight to provide in addition to explaining the process.
