Deb Conley was born and raised in Castro Valley, CA and is a graduate of UNCW where she majored in Business Development and Entrepreneurship. She is a US Navy Veteran that served as a Master at Arms at Naval Base Coronado.

Prior to transitioning to real estate, Deb achieved more than 20 years in customer service, including as a business developer, purchasing manager, sales associate, marketing coordinator, and professional buyer. She strives to exceed her clients’ expectations in all aspects of the real estate process with her service-oriented approach. She is a Luxury Home Specialist and a Military Relocation Professional, with the experience to navigate unique circumstances. When Deb is not helping her clients, she enjoys running, playing tennis, hiking in the mountains, exploring art galleries, attending concerts or a play, going to the beach and exploring this beautiful country with her family. She has three children and a Rottweiler, Cosette. She is active in church and her faith is a huge part of her life as well.
