Deb Elrick

Deb Elrick is the owner and employing broker of Coates Realty Group, LLC. She has been a Realtor since 2002 and is active in residential, vacant land and commercial brokerage.
She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Colorado Association of REALTORS and Greeley Area Board of REALTORS. She was one of the founding members of the Women’s Council of Realtors in Northern Colorado and was named Morgan County Realtor of the Year in 2004.
Deb serves on the Business Education Advisory Boards for Morgan Community College and Fort Morgan High School. She previously served on the Historic Preservation Board for the City of Fort Morgan, is active in the Sunrise Optimist Club and has delivered meals for the local Meals on Wheels Program for over 15 years. She is currently serving as the President of the Fort Morgan Area Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time she enjoys reading, playing the piano, gardening, and spending as much time as possible with her three grandchildren.
