Let me introduce myself. I am a native Floridian, born and raised in South Hillsborough County, where I also raised my two children. I grew up sailing, boating, and fishing. I also love going to the beach and looking for interesting new places in the area to visit. I have traveled to many other places, but there is not one that matches what the Tampa Bay area has to offer. The year-round mild climate, outdoor sporting activities, job and investment opportunities, and affordable properties make our area very desirable. Not only am I a licensed Realtor, I am a Florida licensed Building Code Administrator, Building Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, and ASFPM Certified Flood Plain Manager. I worked as a Building Plans Examiner in the Hillsborough County Building Department for over 14 years. I also have 7 years of experience working in the marine construction of docks, seawalls, and boat lifts. My degree is in Interior Design, and I owned a design shop working with the local contractors and their buyers on interior design for their new homes. With over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects, from design, to permitting/zoning, to inspection/construction, my vast knowledge of building codes, zoning, and flood plain management will benefit you as Buyer or Seller during your real estate transactions.
