Debbi Glosli

Debbi was introduced to real estate through her father, who was a developer, contractor, and real estate broker in the Bay Area for 35 years. Debbi started as an agent, working under her father’s guidance, specializing in multi-unit investment properties, remodeling projects, and single-family homes. Her experience working in conjunction with HUD and non-profits rehabbing homes using the 203k Loan Program laid the foundation for her move into the luxury and multi-unit remodeling market. She learned from experience the importance of thinking creatively and strategically, particularly when dealing with challenging and complicated real estate transactions.

Debbi has lived in the Bay Area for over 35 years and is a true outdoor enthusiast. As an avid road cyclist, she has ridden from north to south Vietnam, and enjoys hiking around our many and varied East Bay Regional Parks, as well as sailing on the Bay. She has worked in Alaska for a sport fishing outfit and in Colorado on a dude ranch, and now lives in Oakland, with her twin boys and husband.
