Hawaii is a wonderful place to live, work and play. Born and raised in the Hawaiian Islands, Debbie Arakaki has had the good fortune to have experienced what Hawaii has to offer and loves to share that with her clients. Her team has in-depth knowledge of the island, the title and escrow process, and the tips for living in the area. Debbie is honored to have been included in the top 100 Realtors in the state of Hawaii for 2015 and 2019 including the top 2% of realtors for highest sales in Maui in 2018 ,2019, and 2020.
In 2005, Debbie sold her restaurant business and turned to working in real estate. She was a top producer by 2007 and earned the distinction of "International Presidents Circle" being in the top 10% of sales internationally at Coldwell Banker. She also garnered the company's "Previews" designation. In 2009, Debbie moved to West Maui Land Company to collaborate with developers in the West Maui area. She has had the pleasure of starting projects from the subdivision and cpr processes to the building stages and resale of the properties for clients and herself.
In 2013, Debbie partnered with Elite Pacific Properties to bring one of the top locally-owned real estate companies to Maui and grow it from the ground up.
Most recently in 2020, she partnered with Compass as a founding Compass Hawaii agent and Principal Broker to help bring Compass to the whole state of Hawaii. Debbie is excited to share her knowledge of the Maui Marketplace with her clients. She has a team of local agents that have lived in Maui for decades. They have their pulse on the island and its marketplace and can help share their knowledge of the Maui market.
