Debbie is a very dedicated and tireless agent. She never gave up on trying to find my 2 daughters and myself a home that would suit our needs exactly. I would recommend her highly. She pointed out things in properties that would not be to our advantage even though I was in real estate for a time and my husband was a contractor and taught me so much.

We wanted to buy a rental and used Debbie because she was able to help us find a rental and then take over as the property manager after purchase. She steered us into a direction we didn't initially think about (a detached condo), but this worked out well as it is easier for first time landlords. During the whole buying process she was always available when we needed her if we had problems with the bank, appraisals, etc. I would (and have) highly recommend her as both a real estate agent and a property manager.

I have worked with Debbie for over a year and have found her very resourceful and on top of her business. We are currently using her as a property manager and she has managed the property well. We had one tenant move out unexpectedly and she quickly found us new renters (for even more money). When we have had repairs required she has done her research to find the best resources and the best prices. As the market has gained momentum she has kept us well informed and has given us great guidance. When we list our house we will be using her as our agent.

I was looking for a very specific type of property to rent in a market that was seriously lacking in inventory. I didn't have a lot of hope in finding what I wanted and gave myself a 3 month window to find it. I called Debby and she had located a PERFECT house from one of her clients even before it hit the market. She saved me! In the year since I've lived there I've called a few times about some minor issues with the house and she was johnny-on-the-spot and took care of the issues faster than I could have imagined. Debby is very professional and knows her stuff. I always recommend her!

The process was seamless. Debbie made sure that all of our concerns were met in a timely manner. She not only worked well with us but also with the seller making sure that all repairs that needed to be done were done correctly and quickly. I also use Debbie as our property manger for a couple of our rentals, I find her attention to detail is outstanding. Love working with her.
