First let me say that I nor my fiancé have never sold a house before in our lives, so we were new to everything. Debbie stepped in and took care of pretty much everything and made the experience as smooth as possible. She kept me in the loop with everything and went above and beyond to answer all my silly questions I had, because being new to selling a house, I didn't know what to expect. If I ever had to sell a house again, I would use Debbie in a heart beat. Her fees were beyond reasonable, for the amount of effort and work she puts into selling your home. She also got us almost exactly what we were asking to get. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Debbie, thank you again you did such a wonderful job making it easy for us first timers.

Debbie has to be the most efficient Realtor I have ever worked with. She also has the patience of Job whenever it comes down to indecision. Debbie always has options and suggestions when asked and I much appreciated that. Debbie Butler helped my daughter find her house 5 years ago. When we met her Victoria told her she was looking for an old house with 3 bedrooms. She was very professional and friendly helped her through the whole process. She found her a great home that's 119 years old great back yard and great neighbors. Debbie is a wonderful realtor and person. I have had the chance to know her personally now for a couple years, and when it came time for my parents to find someone with experience and knowledge helping them sell their old and home and find their current one I knew that NO ONE would be a better choice than Debbie.
