About Debbie

Since 2002, I have worked in Real Estate and Residential Construction at LaState Realty & Construction. That is since my senior year of high school. I worked as a secretary assisting with agents and all that is needed to keep business going. Agents would called me the brain of the business as I would try my best to keep everyone on track. As a loyal employee I have learned alot but there is always something new to learn in real estate. haha but my love for this career shows. I always say Small Town with Big Hearts.
In March 2018, I chose to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent & Realtor®? in Northwest Louisiana for LaState Realty, LLC . Doing a little over a million in sales.

I have crushed goals but also helped so many families along the way. In my 1st year I learned more on what it's like to work in the field instead of behind a desk. I feel in order to grow into a successful agent it takes experience. In order to get these experiences it comes with determination, commitment, and honesty. This is not a “work when you feel like it, career”. There are no off days when business calls.

Working day and night for my clients which I absolutely love doing. My dedication shows but importantly the support I get from the public shows and is the most rewarding.
Still assist with the office as much as I can. Organizes team meetings, Help develop computer training, Set goals within our office etc. I have the ability to multitask, stay organized and deliver on-time results.
