She was able to dictate the market as well as what buyers were looking for and what I needed to do to maximize the income potential in the sale of my home. I first met Debbie 25 years ago when I bought my first house in the Metro West area. Since then I have used her to sell and buy each of my subsequent homes. Most recently, I was looking for a real estate agent I could trust in NH to list my parents property. Debbie Chase is a special type of real estate agent, she worked with my aging parents over this past year. Initially, we brought her in to talk about what work would need to be done to best position them to sell their home of 50 plus years. What started out as an exercise in trying to sell their house turned into an incredible discussion on the importance of staying in your home as long as it is feasible.

Due to her outstanding and heartfelt recommendations my parents did not sell the house. Instead, they have installed a ramp up to the front steps and several other safety measures suggested by Debbie and they are still living safely in their home for as long as they can stay there comfortably. My husband and I worked with Debbie to purchase our first home in 2020. As first time home buyers, we had tons of questions, but she was always super responsive and helpful. She worked very well with the seller’s agents making sure our offers looked as great as possible. We originally began looking at homes in very early 2020, before the covid pandemic began, and she helped us through some difficult situations during the time of our search.
