I'm so lucky to have found Debbie to be my realtor when I had relocated from N.J. I didn't know the area at all and Debbie took the time to show the city and numerous homes whenever I needed. She never seemed bothered by my constant questions or request, she never tried to push a home on me and was genuinely interested in finding the right house for me and my family. She had our best interest in heart which was very reassuring as I didn't know anyone in the area. I felt I could trust her in helping me make the best decision. She was also very helpful when it came to finding quotes or estimates for repairs or renovations. She referred me to several companies and people that I could use. Often, she would contact them for me and provide me with multiply quotes saving me a lot of time and unwanted stress, she has made this very daunting task of moving across the country very seamless and easy. After two of our former neighbors hired Debbie Dewey to handle the sale of their homes and both couples were thrilled with the results she got for them, we knew she was the only Realtor for us to consider. Debbie came prepared for each visit to our home with all of the necessary documentation and knowledge about the sales in our neighborhood. She makes suggestions on how to improve our home and yard before listing it, so we could maximize our sale price and proceeds at closing. We heard that some realtors will ask you to hire a professional staging service to prepare your home for sale. Not Debbie. She came to the house and rearranged our furniture to make each room look as spacious as possible. Then she brought artwork, plants and decorative accessories from their staging inventory to prepare our home for market, so it would photograph and show its best. Debbie Dewey is an amazing realtor! She really cares are her clients. I live in Texas and my home was in Georgia. I was very worried about the logistics of selling the house and not living in Georgia. Debbie made it all so easy. When my tenant moved out, my house was in terrible shape. Debbie kept me abreast of everything going on. She and Zane worked with contractors to get the house ready to sell. They were both very concerned that they do a great job and get it sold as soon as possible for me. The day before the house went on the market officially, we had a buyer. Due to my work schedule and long commute, I was sure I would not always be available to prepare my home and be there to take my dog for a walk during showtimes. When I reached out to Debbie and Zane in February 2017 for their assistance in selling my home, I expressed their concerns and they assured me that they would make the process as seamless and worry-free as possible. Their expertise and professionalism were spot on. During our initial meeting, they did a walk-through of my home. Within a few days, Debbie provided a list of recommendations of things I could do on my end to help my home sell quickly as a higher price, which was incredibly valuable. When it was time to list the house, they created informational signs and placed them throughout my house to emphasize special areas. They consistently showed up on time when needed and provided prompt feedback on the showing without me having to ask. It is my pleasure to recommend one of the best Real Estate teams I have worked with - Debbie Dewey and Time Johner - to any potential clients looking to buy or sell in this area. After one of my neighbors sold their home in MorningView, I was introduced to their agent team, Debbie Dewey and Tim Johner. When were decided to move from Shadow Loch Drive in MorvingView a year later, I called Debbie and Tim to get some advice on selling our home and looking for another property in this area. Their ideas on staging our home were incredibly helpful, and they provided many of the accessories from their large inventory to place in our home. As an added bonus, Tim has a background in house construction which was helpful in preparing our house to be listed - with advice on what needed to be done to ensure a smooth inspection process. Plus, working as a team meant almost every time I called, which was frequent, someone was able to answer vs. leaving messages. Time and Debbie did not simply put pictures on the internet and hope for a showing...They focused on finding buyers networking with other agents (almost everyone knows them in this industry). This drove a very high volume of showings. Debbie and Tim followed upon all showings to get feedback from potential on our home, to help with staging and pricing. They have worked in this area for so long, that their knowledge and ability to assess value compared to other properties was outstanding. Other agents we spoke to did not come close to knowing near as much about properties in this neighborhood. They also took a very serious approach to house pictures - they staged the house, took pictures, reviewed them, re-staged areas of the house and took new pictures before publishing them for viewing. I thought this was a great way to ensure the pictures represented our home in the best possible way to help capture buyers' interest. This activity led to a contract within a few weeks. With Tim's help on preparing the house, the house inspection passed quickly and easily. Tim and Debbie live within 10 minutes of MorningView, so it was helpful to have them come by whenever we needed. During the closing process, Debbie and Tim were very proactive in helping us with our closing requirements and paperwork, as well as keeping us updated as to the buyers progress with financing. During our home-buying process, I can repeat everything above - from quality feedback on potential inspection issues on the properties we were considering, to pricing advice and differences between builders.
