My name is Debbie Edwards, a REALTOR with EXIT Realty of the Smokies, and I'm ready to assist with all your Real Estate needs in the East Tennessee area. I have the right tools to market your listing or to help you seek out property to purchase.

I joined EXIT Realty of the Smokies when I received my real estate license in 2020 and have been with them since. My Broker, Diane Farr, and I have been friends for many years and I knew her office had the type of environment I needed to grow my business. I am a current member in good standing of 2 local Multiple Listing Services which adds more value to my clients, as well as being a member of the National and Tennessee Association of REALTORS, and the Women's Council of REALTORS Great Smoky Mountains Network. I have received the "Commitment to Excellence " endorsement through the National Association of REALTORS and also have the Accredited Buyer’s Representative certification. I am a graduate of the 2024 Lakeway Area Association of Realtors Hurst Leadership Academy and am honored to be the Committee Leader for the 2026 Academy. I was recently appointed to the Lakeway Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors and will be serving in that capacity through 2027.

Currently living in Dandridge, I was raised in the Strawberry Plains community and graduated from Jefferson County High School. After a 24+ year career in Human Resources, I retired from Knoxville Utilities Board in October 2023. I have been blessed with a wonderful son, a precious daughter-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren who are the light of my life. I love East Tennessee and I love helping others make this area their home too.
