Debbie was really good at helping me find different locations and very nice houses She always kept my house list updated and she informed me of new homes for sale that fit my criteria. She never attempted to force me into buying a home, I know this sounds rudimentary but I have had high pressure realtors in the past. Once I found one she managed to get me time to view it whenever I wanted and personified my views to the sellers in an excellent way. My house buying experience was a terrible mess with my lender they would leave me confused at every turn. However Debbie was able to help me really understand the process that needed to be done and helped me finish the job. I would strongly recommend Debbie to anyone looking to buy a home. R Rector

Debbie answered all our questions, as we had many due to us being first time home buyers, and was always available to us. I am a night nurse so I have a crazy schedule that is very different from most peoples schedule, but Debbie made sure that she was readily available to accommodate anytime of the day and I couldn't be more appreciative of that. When I first contacted Deborah she was very friendly and professional. She understood exactly what my husband and I was looking for. We found this house and she immediately responded & set up an appointment the next day. We saw the house and decided it was exactly what we were looking for. Deborah contacted the other agent and everything just fell into place. She connected us with the mortgage lender, we prequalified immediately. She brought in professional friendly inspectors who were very helpful and explained what they would be looking for. They walked thru the house with us and reviewed everything. We were very comfortable knowing they did a good inspection and they were working for us. We closed a week early. The title company was a pleasure to deal with. Deborah was very knowledgeable about real estate and what needed to be done to close the deal. She was very supportive. We were quite impressed because she responded right away each time I contacted her. She knew the right people who could help us make the purchase. I can't say enough of how easy the whole process was overall. I would recommend Deborah Galbraith to anyone who is interested in purchasing real estate. Buying the first house we looked at and it having everything we were wanting in a home. I never dreamed it would be so easy thanks to Deborah. We have had other realtors in the past and it was a long exhausting process trying to find a home and deal with so many different unprofessional people who really didn't care.
