Debbie’s journey began in 1975 when she moved from Fort Worth to Baytown, Texas, drawn to its small-town charm. There, she managed an apartment complex and discovered her love for helping others find a place to call home. That early spark grew into a lifelong career that has taken her through Houston, Galveston, and ultimately Pasadena, where she has spent the last 30 years building community and lasting relationships.

Earning her real estate license in 1991 was just the start. Debbie has since helped multiple generations of families buy and sell homes, witnessing their growth and celebrating each milestone along the way. To her, clients are never just transactions—they become family. Whether guiding first-time buyers, assisting seniors with downsizing, or helping families find their forever home, she ensures every decision feels comfortable and informed.

Her expertise spans foreclosures, short sales, land sales, and even mortgage lending, having obtained her mortgage license in 2008. She also played a key role in builder closeouts for three La Porte communities, gaining invaluable experience in new construction, builder processes, and matching buyers with the right home.

Debbie’s commitment to excellence shows in her nine-plus professional certifications and her years spent teaching real estate courses, mentoring new agents with the same dedication that has fueled her career.
