I highly recommend you consider hiring Debbie Hargadon as your real estate agent. Debbie assisted me with two real estate transactions, one purchase and one sale. She made it all seem so simple to me, but I knew it wasn’t. It was clear to me that she REALLY understands the real estate business and supporting laws and represented me in the most professional way. She always presented me with various options and alerted me when anything was abnormal. She outlined the good with the bad of the deal and gave me her opinion of what she would do when I asked for that help. Debbie always had my best interest as her goal, every step of the way. Her communications were timely and highly professional. Her direct, no-nonsense style made the process so easy for me. My two transactions were so much easier with Debbie as my representative. Debbie was a phenomenal realtor to work with and she really goes the extra mile. We found a vacation property with her and she went above and beyond with extra trips way outside her coverage area to check out the property and take us back. She handles negotiations well and we successfully closed with her help. She isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves to take care of the smallest details and at the same time, has the experience to give great advice. We've done many real estate deals, both buying and selling, and Debbie Hargadon has helped us with both. She presented the offers for our home sale with additional research on the potential buyers and the current market more than just the price and terms, which really helped us determine the offer to accept. We were out of town when things needed to be done at the home, Debbie gave us great references for people to do work that needed to be done, and met with the vendors at the house. She brings a greater depth of knowledge of the real estate market and sales process than other agents we have used, her recommendations and savvy advice have both saved us money on purchases, and made us money on sales. Her knowledge of the specific market areas is superb, I love dealing with someone that will tell you "Hey, you don't really want to buy a house in this area, here's why" and then gives us information we hadn't had or hadn't even thought to ask about. We'll definitely use her again for all our real estate dealings!

She knew people to get things done, even for furniture i needed to get rid of under covid rules without Goodwill taking things. She had a relationship with inspectors, cleaners, stagers and furniture movers that helped get everything accomplished in a short time frame

We worked with Debbie Hargadon, not John Wunderlich. We are experienced in dealing with lots of property sales, and Debbie came highly recommended. So we were expecting a good job, but she really went above and beyond. The closing on this home (a previous rental property for us) was delayed by about 7 weeks for various reasons, but nothing related to Debbie or us. We were really starting to get antsy about cash flow. Debbie came up with a way for the buyers to take early possession of the home and pay us at a daily rate equal to what we were getting while renting the home. We've never had an agent suggest such a creative way to handle a long closing like this, and it worked out perfectly. Granted, this was a one-off deal, but it felt really good to work with someone that was really listening to us and our concerns, instead of just saying "sorry, it's just taking a long time, nothing we can do". She came up with a plan and executed it to perfection. She's going to get all our listings in the future! :)

Debbie Hargadon has been such a huge help in finding us our first home in 2010 and ever since has been our realtor. We bought one more house throughout the years and she also sold two houses for us in a very short amount of time. The last house she sold for us, she has been a big help by managing the property and maintenance with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency, all while we had already moved to a different state. What a fantastic experience as a first time home buyer.
After having a terrible experience with a previous agent, we got a feeling that we need to wait to buy a new home or maybe we wouldn't able to buy in the near future. Even we started thinking that we have to move out of the state in search of an affordable home that doesn't burden our pocket. Then we got introduced to Debbie. She knows what you are looking for even though you have not explicitly stated. She has a skill of understanding what buyer's requirements by asking the right questions. Buyers like us won't tell the real requirements up front or even may not be comfortable discussing everything upfront. We quickly got comfortable with her and shared our concerns, constraints, and requirements. Debbie works through your schedule, availability, and everything that you can think about buying home requirements. She works within your limits and still provides the best possible options. She also has excellent references for all services that are required for home buying including one of the best mortgage agents known in the field. The best thing we liked about Debbie is, ' No Pressure' on buying and feel good about your budget. That was very important to us. We never felt that we cannot buy home within our budget unlike other agents, who asked us to increase the budget to work with them. She is ready to show as many houses you want and with patience. She will not hesitate to tell you what she didn't like about the home and make recommendations. She trained us on how to see the home, how to prioritize the requirements, how to navigate through the mortgage process. Had she not been there, we might have been still searching, Worst, we would have dropped the idea of buying a home in the Bay Area.
