Debbie Joslin LLC, is Debbie Joslin. Operating her realtor business is her profession and her livelihood. But there is more than the obvious profession of real estate. Delta Junction and the surrounding areas is her home. She has a deep sense of community and knowledge/history of the Delta and Fort Greeley areas. She is invested in her home. Informed is a good definition to describe her acumen. (if a topic or subject should pop-up and she is not sure about the answer she will let you know; and do the research and get back to her client) As a client, one can be confidently at ease; one is in good hands. Her clients are her business. She is relatable, honest, available, an employer--giving back to her community. First Impression:Professional, , civic-minded, of good character. I bought a water damaged home and completed an extensive two year renovation. I did all this while living in the Middle East. Debbie worked with the contractor through out the renovation to ensure the house would be ready to sell at the best possible price. Even before the house was on the market she arranged cleaners, checked on the house, and provided input to the contractor. After the house was listed she provided steady updates to me on her progress and within a few months of listing the house was sold. Debbie was a real professional, and someone I trusted completely to sell the house quickly at the best possible price. Would strongly recommend Debbie for anyone wanting to sell their home.
