Debbie Judge

“How can I help?” Debbie has been asking this question since her New Jersey post-college days.

Beginning in a retail position, she moved up the ladder to multi-store management for The Gap and Eddie Bauer.

Following a brief time at home with her two sons, Debbie’s family then moved to Sarasota to be closer to her mom. During this transition to Florida, she immediately connected with the real estate process and, when her Realtor® saw her natural proclivity towards the industry, Debbie became her real estate assistant. She had found a home for herself in many ways.

Once again, Debbie moved up the ladder. Waking up each day with the motivation to help her peers and other associates made a profound impact on the team’s overall success. Eventually, this led to a leadership position as branch manager for Michael Saunders & Company. After thirteen years at the helm of the Siesta Key and Palmer Ranch offices, Debbie is looking to help buyers and sellers find once again what is important to them.

Debbie believes in continuing professional education, which is why her list of designations includes Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), e-PRO, and At Home with Diversity (AHWD). She is also a graduate of the Sarasota Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, and the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Maestro Leadership Academy.

In her spare time, Debbie enjoys music, cooking, fitness, home design, and fiddling with modern technology. She also enjoys meeting new people and championing causes. In her spare time, you may also catch her in a position of leadership, commanding a golf ball to go onto the green.
