As my wife and I were looking to start the process of buying our first home, we were lucky to have been introduced to Debbie through a family recommendation. As we were new to this process, we knew we needed someone who was knowledgeable about the housing market, dependable and had our best interest in mind. Debbie truly did not disappoint and surpassed every expectation we had for a real estate agent. She took the time to sit down and explain the process to us and genuinely listened to the vision we had for our home.She with her plethora of experience made the entire process truly memorable and we found a lifelong friend in her. Not only is Debbie professional and competent in her role, but she is also very charismatic, making all communication with her enjoyable. I will definitely be recommending Debbie to anyone in the need of an agent because I know they will be well taken care of.You should definitely call her if you are looking for the best experienced agent to help you maneuver this crazy housing market from beginning to end and beyond. If it wasn’t for her we would not have our wonderful home!

Debbie was an exceptional realtor, selling my home through her was a seamless and enjoyable experience. She has a ton of experience and an eye for interior decorating, so she guided us with staging our home with our own furniture, which attracted several buyers. We received several offers and accepted an offer within 1 week of placing our home on the market this past summer.

She is also very helpful with recommending handymen, painters etc and continues to help me whenever I reach her for any information. She also recommended a lawyer, who was very helpful to us for the sale and purchase of our new home. I felt that Debbie helped us most out of everyone we dealt with this past summer, she texts back right away, and tries her best to make everything run smoothly. Overall, Debbie cares and takes it upon herself to deliver great service for her clients.

After looking at fifty different houses over the course of a year, we were exhausted. We gave up. Until we came across a newly listed home that seemed perfect. We weren't prepared to purchase a house, we were burnt out, but we were curious. When we entered the home, the first person we saw was Debbie. She greeted us warmly and, despite multiple visitors touring the house, she gave us individual attention and answered all of our questions. We loved the house, but we didn't even have a realtor. Debbie was kind, knowledgeable, and we immediately trusted her, so we asked her to represent us as our realtor, too. Debbie was amazing and she brought with her a wealth of resources and contacts. We used her recommendations for inspectors, appraisers, attorneys and lenders and were extremely pleased with everyone she suggested. Debbie was exceptionally knowledgeable, caring, and diligent throughout the whole buying process. Through her hard work and guidance we were able to find our forever home. That is Debbie’s gift to us. After fifty homes, Debbie helped us get the one home that fit our family. For that, we are truly thankful. You will not find a realtor who is more knowledge and service-oriented than Debbie Lang.

Debbie Lang is everything I needed in a realtor when selling my home. She is intimately familiar
with the locations she works in -- as soon as she walked in my house, she knew what model it was,
which developer built it, and the approximate build date. She even had copies of the floor plan from
when the house was built (which I never had, as I bought it as a resale). She knew why some
“comp” houses were not really comparable and why. She was spot on with pricing. Before listing,
Debbie helped me better stage my home, and suggested little touches, like playing jazz during
showings, that helped make my house seem warmer and more welcoming. Debbie is extremely
professional, and knows just how to market. She hired an excellent photographer that showed my
house to its best advantage. She even hired a drone photographer to get amazing aerial shots to
show off the backyard, patio, and neighboring green space--aspects of the property that are hard to
fully appreciate during a walk through. Because it was winter, she even used Photoshop to make the
grass Springtime green. She is even able to digitally stage an empty home with furniture! That’s
such a help because empty homes are harder for buyers to picture living in. She does a lot of
behind-the-scenes marketing as well, so as soon as it came on the market, I got a ton of showings.

Debbie is ultra-professional. She even hosts and produces an informative radio show “The Voice of Real Estate.” She is up on all
market and housing trends, and made sure I felt completely respected as her client. Debbie was
always available by cell, text, or email, and responded back quickly. She held my hand when I was
nervous, and had a solution for every single problem. When I needed to make some repairs, Debbie
had a list of companies that she has personal relationships with, who stood behind their work, and
who went above and beyond when the buyers were being demanding. She has contacts for
everything from painters to movers--whatever I needed to do, Debbie knew who to call. Debbie uses
the ShowingTime app, which makes it easy to schedule and keep track of showings. That’s how I
know that I had 51 total showings, all of which Debbie handled like a pro. Debbie also brought her
expertise and knowledge to the table when discussing offers, and gave sound advice on the best
decision to make. I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful I think Debbie is. Don't hesitate
to call her if you need a brilliant realtor!

I cannot praise Debbie Lang highly enough as a realtor.  She is simply amazing!  Our house was 25 years old, vacant for a year, had a bunch of maintenance, staging and cosmetic issues, had already been on the market for 6 months and with two deals that already fell through with previous ordinary brokers who only knew how to use the MLS.  Debbie is a different breed of realtor entirely!  She is the Princeton area real estate agent extraordinaire! Besides the issues with the house, I live 3,000 miles away in WA state and needed her handle so much from far away!  She did a ton of legwork to resolve all issues large and small.  She worked tirelessly on the front line, arranging and negotiating with contractors, letting inspectors in and keeping me in the loop every step of the way.  She has an incredible list of people that can assist with any issue - at every hiccup along the way, she had the resources to navigate through with quality work and reasonable prices.  When we did list the house with Debbie, it sold within a few weeks at a higher price than the deals that fell through with our previous broker and agent!  In the wintertime no less!  She will work relentlessly to get your house sold quickly and at a fair price.  I'm not sure how we would have gotten the house sold, let alone at a fair price without her.

I highly recommend you call her if you want an exceptional, knowledgeable realtor to sell your home!

I had the pleasure of working with the exceptional Debbie Lang, who was able to get my cluttered, over-stuffed, and outdated, Princeton home up to snuff in 2-weeks' time. Debbie is a sincere and passionate realtor who uses unique and innovative digital marketing that was crucial to selling my home.

Debbie is extremely caring, making the entire selling process go smoothly. She pulled out all the contacts - an organizer; a contractor; a plumber; a mold remediator; a decorator; and a junk collector, during her first visit with me. In fact, she even came and de-cluttered and helped me move furniture! The extremes she went through to quickly get our home on the market for us was unbelievable.

Moreover, for any updating, she found the exact lighting fixtures, sinks, cabinets, etc., for us. At one point, she was calling me and sending me pictures of the items located right at Lowes as I was shopping there to improve the appearance of some of our rooms. She did this in a cost-effective and efficient way, making the updating a breeze.

Finally, Debbie is well-connected, making her the perfect realtor for finding the perfect buyer. Her desire to go above and beyond to ensure the house looks spectacular is key to securing a sale! Our house was sold quicker than most of the other similarly-priced, more modern, Princeton homes during a very slow market, despite the fact ours was a split-level. Debbie was sure to focus on the positives of owning our home versus other homes on the market at the time. I highly recommend Debbie if you are looking for an experienced and dedicated realtor who always has your best interest at heart. She has been in the real estate business since 1986! Wow! Debbie Lang she is awesome. She is a very special agent. Sold our home in 24 hours after it went on MLS. She held my hand literally through the whole process of preparing it for showing. Drapes down, painters in, shopped with me for everything from towels to the wall hangings and bed coverings. Spent hours setting them out and about my home when I was overwhelmed. Had drone photos and virtual photos prepared and had us on listing to sell our home in less than a week. The house sold in 24 hours to the best buyers ever that she brought in. They fell in love with our home of 24 years and made it easier for us to move on.

We so much appreciate the extraordinary help Debbie Lang gave us in finding our new home in the Princeton area. Debbie did such an amazing job marketing and selling our house 7 years ago when we moved out of state to Pennsylvania from New Jersey. When we decided to return to the Princeton, NJ area, we knew immediately there was no other realtor that we wanted to help us find our new home!

Debbie helped us tirelessly with tremendous enthusiasm, expertise and energy to look at all three counties that she is an expert in (Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset) and in six different towns ( Princeton, Montgomery, Cranbury and South Brunswick, Hopewell and Pennington). Debbie is an extremely dedicated and helpful person. She is more than a relator. We couldn't have got anything better than her for sure. Being a first time home buyers, we have been very skeptical and initially started working simultaneously with 4 realtors including her, but after couple of offers, we realized she is the one who can get us what we have been looking for.
The lovely house which we got finally, if it was not her, we wouldn't have got that house for sure. Not only she helped us getting what we have been looking for but also helped us connecting with Trident mortgage through which we got an amazing rate that no one was able to even come close to, in the market. Many of my friends and colleagues suggested not to go with relators' recommended mortgage company, however working with Debbie we felt we can trust her and went with our instinct and at the end we realized that was the right decision else we would have been paying atleast $200 more on my monthly payments for sure.
Not only in mortgage, she also got us help in getting a very reliable and reasonable painter for the house, good house inspector, someone at furniture store who got us highly discounted rates on high end furniture. The list goes on for all that she has helped and how she has gone an extra miles to help her client. We really loved her for all the support she has provided and helping us out in different fronts.... We will certainly say at last if you haven't finalized your relator yet, please blindly go with her and leave rest on to her. She will get you what you are looking for. :)

I'm a naturally skeptical person, especially about the real estate market. As a Harvard graduate working in a demanding job in Corporate America, I am highly analytical and have zero tolerance for sub-par service. I was relocating from Chicago to central NJ for my job. A friend of mine in Chicago referred me to Debbie Lang. I had a great experience working with her. She did exceptional work as my agent. I needed to hunt down and close a home within a short amount of time. I couldn't believe how quickly she could move to accommodate my aggressive timeline. It took exactly one month from our first meeting to closing. The whole process was seamless. In the end Debbie also helped me save money on the mortgage and homeowners insurance.

Debbie was incredibly responsive to all my requests and questions, and she knew far more than I ever hoped to about the Princeton area properties. I was impressed by her knowledge and exceptional customer service. She can make a first-time homebuyer like me navigate the homebuying process effortlessly. Debbie Lang was our agent when we bought our home in 2004 and again when we sold that home in 2014. She brings a strong work ethic and customer focus in support of her clients. In 2004, we were moving from California to New Jersey with two young children and had 4 days to find a home. She had scouted over 25 properties and was able to quickly move us through a process to narrow these down to a handful that would meet our needs. We maximized our time viewing these and came to a decision to purchase on the second day. Debbie represented us every step of the way and was invaluable as we were preparing for the move from California. When we sold the same property 10 years later we asked Debbie to be our listing agent. She developed a comprehensive marketing plan for the property. Using the newest technology, she created a web video that highlighted our home’s attributes. Over 25 people viewed the home during the three days it was on the market, including a Saturday open house she hosted. We had three full price offers to review on the fourth day. The selling price was the highest ever for our model in our community. She represented us throughout the closing process and brought the sale to a speedy and issue-free conclusion. She has answers off the top of her head to almost all of my questions on builders, communities, schools, contractors, etc. She is still my go-to person even after we closed on the house.
