When we were searching properties for our move to Maryland it was our luck to find Debbie Lowman. She was knowledgeable, diligent, and exceedingly patient in helping us find just the right home. She listened carefully to all our needs not only the features wanted in our future home, but features which make an area more livable. Her communication was above par, always keeping in touch, updating us as to her progress, and when we found the right property, negotiating aggressively on our behalf. I selected Debbie Lowman to sell my property because of her knowledge of the local market place. She provided a very impressive market analysis at our initial meeting and priced my house very fairily. She was aggressive with her marketing and extremely helpful in presenting my home in the best possible manner. I had a contract in less than 30 days in a difficult market and she helped me work with the buyers and very importantly, with the buyers broker. She facilitated the settlement and was always available to help with the myriad of details that come up during the time a home is under contract. I cannot imagine the process without her help--and she got me the price I needed!! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
