Debbie was a great real estate agent. She was gentle and understanding, knowledgeable, always on time, and generous with her time to help me make our property look better. She took great care with our cats to make sure they didn't get out during house viewings, even putting up with the one cat that is fairly aggressive -- not many agents would do that. She gave me tips on how to make the house more attractive, but wasn't pushy if there was something I wasn't crazy about doing. She was communicative and transparent, always keeping me in the loop. And when we got an offer she worked tirelessly to counter-offer/follow up/dialogue with the buyer's agent to create a deal that made everyone happy. And she's loads of fun to be around, to boot! Hopefully I will not be selling another property anytime soon -- but if I did, I would certainly ask Debbie to be my agent. And if you're looking to buy (not sell, as I was doing), she will put all those skills I just mentioned to work for you, too! Can't go wrong with Debz! :)

I felt an immediate connection and know we will be forever friends.
Debbie is very knowledgeable in her work and is honest and trustworthy. She goes above and beyond in her job to make sure everything is thorough. Debbie is a great agent to work with and also to supervise. I have no issues with Debbie and her skillset whatsoever. She runs her business as a top scale provider of Real Estate services and is also willing to assist in the mentoring of other agents. Sharing her knowledge of the business with others is a priority for Debbie and we appreciate her. The only thing about Debbie you should know is she talks a little funny with that "British Accent" that everyone seems to love.

Debbie helped my wife and I buy our first home earlier this year and it was incredibly smooth and stress-free. We had a lot big life changes happening at the same time (we're expecting our first child this year, I was changing jobs for the move, organizing and packing for our move, etc...) and with Debbie's help the house-hunting and buying process was the least stressful aspect of our lives! Being new to the whole process, we had a lot of questions along the way. Debbie was always on top of it and if she couldn't answer something directly, she was able to direct us to other resources and actively coordinated with the mortgage company, the real estate broker, and even the home's prior owner to sort things out. There were zero issues with closing and she worked hard to make sure we got into our home quickly with a locked-in interest rate before they skyrocketed. There was a period of about 2 weeks after closing before we were able move into our new home and Debbie came by multiple times a week to make sure all was well and even mowed our new lawn for us! Heck, she was there the day we moved in to help with that process too!! Not only is she an exquisite professional with a mindset that's focused on the well-being of her clients, but she's also a wonderful friend and we're blessed to have her in our lives. Thank you so much Debbie!!

P.S. We used a VA home loan and she knew all the ins and outs that go along with that, making the process ever easier and saving us lots of money!

Deb is the best! Funny, honest, and an absolute unit with math!

But most importantly, she cares about the people she works with. We did a business deal together in which there was an error in which she was assigned to another manager and yet she was still adamant about working with me. If you want a loyal business partner, colleague or whatever other term you can think of, Debbie is your go to.
