About Debbie

I have lived in Knoxville all my life. I am proud to say I live in Big Orange Country and a Tennessee Volunteer. As a lifetime native I am proud of Knoxville and the surrounding areas of rich tradition and heritage. I graduated from Central High School and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Concentration in Accounting from South College.

Working as a paralegal for 26 years along with having rental properties for 12 years, has gained me the knowledge of contracts, negotiations, attention to details, and the knowledge of housing standards and government guidelines.

Purchasing a home is a BIG investment. It can also be overwhelming to the buyer. As a buyer(s) agent, I discover your needs and wants in a home, help you with referrals from trusted lenders, and help you shop for “the place to call home”. Once we find that home, I will guide you through the maze of offering, contract negotiations, inspections, etc. My goal is to get you to the closing table by giving you the BEST customer service and educating you as to the steps of becoming a homeowner.

Selling a home is not just simply putting a sign in the yard as if we were having a yard sale; it is competition. To get a home sold it takes three things: condition, price, and marketing. I guide my seller(s) in preparing their home to sell, then my knowledge of the housing prices for the location and knowing how to advertise your home is what it takes to get it sold.

I believe in honesty, and going the extra mile to help a client is what makes me who I am. I love being a realtor and the best part of being a realtor is being there beside my buyer(s) or seller(s) when the new homeowner is handed the keys to their “place to call home”.
