The reason we have worked exclusively with the Debbie Reed Team for many years (4 transactions) is not just that they are highly effective and responsive, but because they offer a level of personal service rarely seen these days. When you are selling or purchasing a 2nd home and you do not live locally you really need somebody you can trust to take care of whatever needs to be done in order to close the deal. If you choose the Debbie Reed Team, you will also notice that the team really operates as a team. Although we love our agent, it is nice to be able to call the office anytime, and know that your needs will be actioned promptly. This is as close as it gets to instant gratification. Finally, I have always been impressed with the team's local knowledge and ability to get things fixed. For those who have tried to get contractors to help with repairs at the beach, you know that it is a real chore to get anybody to show up, let alone find somebody who knows what they are doing and will finish a job. Kathy Wilson from the Debbie Reed team found us our vacation home on our FIRST tour with her. I called them out of the blue and Kathy interviewed me over the phone asking what we were seeking.
