Not only are they friendly, personable, knowledgable and competent, but they have many contacts that made my purchase and renovations very easy! They recommended fair pricing, pointed me to an excellent mortgage company, and stayed on top of the loan and closing process So that we closed quickly. THEN they guided me about The Villages processes, and recommended excellent tradesmen for my renovation. They are one-stop shopping for The Villages and I highly recommend them!

We can't say enough about the positive, professional and caring experience we encountered with Debbie & Lee Schoonover in our recent home purchase in The Villages!!!
Debbie & Lee went above and beyond (and patient) to find us exactly what we wanted, we were very picky. Since we were out of state, they were our eyes ... literally!
They were able to set up a FaceTime video to tour the home while pointing out every detail along the way. In a blink of an eye, we put in an offer and everything was smooth sailing while all done remotely. Brenda, their Transaction Processor, was extremely instrumental from managing the endless paperwork & documents, setting up inspections, to contractor referrals ~ she did it all!
Together their expertise in our home purchase was the perfect team! We highly recommend Debbie, Lee, & Brenda to anyone looking for a smooth real estate transaction.

I asked Debbbie and Lee to list and sell my house. I had not owned it for long and was concerned about having to sell. Within 24 hours Debbie and comparable sales, a marketing plan, a listing price,open houses lined up, and finally visits by the realtor caravan. Everything went smoothly and house sold within a week of listing for full price. She kept me in contact with buyers, provided them with answers to guest ions and made everyone comfortable. We have never bought a house basically over the phone.. The houses were selling so quickly basically minutes. We put in several offers and didnt get them due to people already having offers in. Debbie kept saying don't worry well get something. Our home was on the market for 6 minutes. She immediately called the selling agent and told him we were putting a deposit to buy. This was after hours. It was super easy to work with Debbie and Lee from a distance. Texting calling and emailing was always a fast response. They walked us through the entire process of the sale. What was going to happen and what we needed to do and when. We weren't able to meet Debbie until after the sale. But talked to her several times on the phone. Lee took us around to see houses when we came into town and was very helpful and was able to answer all of the many questions we had given him. We would highly recommend them for anyone searching for a home in Florida. Very knowledgeable, professional and kind.
