We met Debbie while looking at one of her listings (late spring 2021) and told her we weren’t in the market but wanted to see the house. She was so incredibly professional and helpful that we asked her to be the agent that we worked with. That home was not the one for us, but we were enamored with Debbie's willingness to appreciate what we needed in a home (I believe that she has found a new family for the original home). We worked with her and Brooke for several months attempting to find a home (which is a difficult thing right now), and we finally found one that is perfect. They helped explain the entire process, and what we needed to do. They also were able to offer an amazing group for financing when we had questions. I cannot be happier with my experience. Brooke, or Debbie was there for us for every step of this stressful experience. These ladies are a great team that will help you in any way they can. If it weren’t for their work ethic and commitment to our goals, we wouldn’t have this home. Thank you two so much. You did your job perfectly.

Debbie is a phenomenal realtor who helped our family to find our home. Moving to a new state during a pandemic and a housing market that resembles the hunger games for a family of 5 was not an easy task. My husband and I having different ideas of what were “must have” in a home made having a realtor who could listen, prioritize, and just plain get us infinitely more important. Debbie helped us to find the right neighborhood and home that my husband and I could be excited about. Her advice and insight was spot on. She worked with our budget, desires, and house hunting marathons as we had to compress house hunting into short weekend visits while managing jobs in two states. She sent us walk through videos as well when there was a house that would be a good fit but a visit in person was not feasible. Last, when complications invariably arose in the purchasing process, she worked with our lender, the seller, and the title company to smooth the way so that we could close as seamlessly and quickly as possible. Our lender also commented that Debbie was one of the best realtors she had worked with and complimented how easy she made the process. We highly recommend Debbie and will be repeat clients when we next need a realtor.

Debbie is amazing! Debbie helped us purchase our first house in 2006. She also helped us sell that house and buy our second house fifteen years later. She's a pro and her attention to detail is top-notch as well as her communication. She and her associate, Brooke Crawford, advised us every step of the way about what to expect and helped us make decisions along the way. The support Debbie and Brooke gave us through the whole process was invaluable.

We met Debbie on one of the worst most stressful days we've had. When we called her I was in tears. Within HOURS the worst day turned into the best day. 2 Hours after our first call we met her in Midtown, looked at 5 houses, she came prepared and get extensive contractor experience helped us assess each house for not only what it was but what it could be. Our offer was accepted THAT NIGHT! She is a Midtown expert! Even our lender loved working with Debbie and took great care of us because of the trust they have in her. I would trust her with anything!

Didn’t end up using her as a realtor but she was super helpful at helping me find properties to look at that fit our criteria and followed up in a helpful and non-pushy way. If you have hard-to-find requirements for a house, she may be able to help find what you’re looking for or at least point you in the right direction.
