Since the beginning of her career, Spencer has distinguished herself as an honest, “hands on” Realtor. Though she takes great care with all her clients, Spencer is especially sensitive in her work with the elderly. Empathetic that moving can be very emotional and stressful as a senior, she maintains a commitment to be there for them every step of the way. Additionally, Spencer is notorious for putting the utmost effort into preparing a listing, being known to spend months preparing homes for the market, meticulously staging and de-cluttering them.

Spencer serves as a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR). Additionally, she has achieved a variety of real estate designations in order to better serve her clients, including Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRES), Broker Associate, Senior Residential Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Growing up in Lexington, MA and raising her children in Bedford, Spencer has strong ties to the community she serves. Presented with the prestigious Businesswoman of the Year award in 2013 from the Bedford Chamber of Commerce, she is known as a leader in the town. She is always involved in the community whether its donating time, raffle items, or money. She has worked at the PTO Circus Event, Bedford Day Events, Rotary Club Events, and Chamber events.
