Debbie Stocker-Meier

With a Masters Degree in Education from Western Carolina University, Debbie Stocker is a native of South Carolina and the Broker-In-Charge and one of the Principals of Shoreline International Real Estate. Debbie is a 38-year veteran of commercial real estate and has a proven track record of being one of the top commercial agents in the Charleston tri-county area. In 1985 Debbie created Southern Investment Company, a full service real estate organization and operated as the President and Broker-in-Charge until 1989 at which time the company was merged with O’Shaughnessy. The company went through two additional mergers before she managed and cultivated the Commercial Sales Division at Coldwell Banker Classic Commercial when she received recognition in 1999 as Top Agent in the Southeast for Coldwell Banker Commercial, out of a total of 88 companies, and was one of the Top Five Agents for Coldwell Banker International, out of a total of 3000 Associates. At the turn of the millennium, she had become “Queen of King Street” and was instrumental in negotiating over 50 sales and/ or retail leases for many prestigious tenants who remain loyal clients today.

She has an extensive knowledge of high profile clients, local contacts and landowners and immense experience with commercial real estate negotiations, to include but not limited to, hotel acquisition & disposition, large development & resort properties, Tenant & Buyer representation, tax & investment incentives and site selection for major commercial retailers. Debbie has owned 2 homes and several development parcels in Costa Rica and has first-hand experience in international transactions in Central America along with a network of talented contacts to facilitate successful acquisitions. She is a member of the National and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, International President’s Elite, Chairman’s Circle, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member Candidate (CCIM).
