Selling my parents home in Hickory from New Jersey could have been a logistical nightmare. However, Debby actually made it a pleasure for our family. From the first minute we met, she was very helpful about what we needed to do to get the house ready for the market. Following Debby's advice, my daughter and I got the house staged and ready to sell. The pictures were amazing and with Debby's marketing skills, we sold the house the day before it went on the market to a buyer in another state. After a few weeks I could tell it was just an Agent and definitely just another Company!! Then I did my homework, I searched, and I found a young lady that had been a proven seller in my area her name was Debbie Bullock. I reached out being very uncertain, and somewhat discouraged after my recent experience with my current realtor. I don't know where to begin. We had a weird large house that didn't meet most loan requirements. We spent almost a year with a realitor or got us five showings and no contracts. My wife found Debby by searching for realitors in the area. She had the highest sales is what made us hire her. With in a month we were under a firm contract. Then corona virus hit. Since January we had 4 contracts, with the corona and our weird house, not all worked out. One was because of a rule that goats weren't allowed on my property from the previous owner.
