Debby is a first-rate realtor! She helped get a contract on our St. James Plantation lot in less than 2 weeks of listing the property! Within 2 days of contacting her about our plans to list the lot, Debby visited the property, researched listings and sales of comparable lots, and suggested a realistic selling price that proved to be on the mark! She was always professional and courteous, promptly answered and returned voicemails and emails, clearly answered and explained questions we had about the listing and sale agreements, and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for anything more from Debby and would highly recommend her as your realtor! She was great!

My wife and I have known Debbie Daigle for almost 15 years and we got to know her because her office was next to our business and we interacted with her during our Commercial Condo Associations meetings. We have had several transactions with her over the years and have always been impressed by her professionalism and excellent selling skills. On our most recent transaction we initially choose another agent based on a reduced selling fee and experienced unfortunately the difference first hand. Once we changed our listing to Debbie she took charge and suggested what steps to take to get our home sold and although the current market situation is terrible for the type of property we had to sell, (high value), her approach made the difference and she got it sold. We highly recommend her and suggest you as the buyer or seller take her recommendations seriously because they are well thought out and productive.
