Bringing buyers and sellers together, finding the perfect home for a first -time buyer, helping clients down-size or move up and matching tenants with the perfect rental location are what makes my real estate career so rewarding!

I received my WV real estate license in 1992 after completing pre-licensure courses at WVUP and in 2012 became licensed in Ohio. As a life-long resident of Wood County, the daughter of a local developer and now co-owner of Matheny Development and Skyview Pointe subdivision, I have a strong background in both residential and commercial real estate.

Because real estate is my career and not merely a job I like to be involved with my profession. I am an active member of the Parkersburg Area Association of Realtors serving as 2014 Secretary and as a member of the Community Service, Education and Public Service Committees. Also active on the state level as 2014 Co-Chair of the Education Committee and member of Government Affairs, Membership & Board Policy and Grievance & Professional Standards Committees. As a member of the National Association of Realtors and West Virginia Association of Realtors I also try to attend state and national conventions in an effort to stay current with the real estate market.
