I currently live in Ohio and was interested in purchasing a home in the Ocala area and just picked a real estate company to help me with the transition. I chose Debi because she looked friendly and down to earth. When I spoke with Debi, and told her of my upcoming visit to Ocala, she immediately sent me home listings that met my requirements. When I visited Ocala, she was very accommodating with my schedule. I only had one day to view homes, and she made it happen! We were able to take a few hours and view about 7 homes. I even found the one and placed a bid. Unfortunately, my financing fell through and was not able to purchase the home. I plan to move to Ocala in the summer of 2016 and will be looking Debi up again to buy a house. I liked the way Debi pointed out negatives as well as positives in each home that we viewed.
