Debi Marchant

Debi was born in Independence, MO and moved to Arlington, TX and graduated high school. She attended Tarrant County College and the University of Texas at Arlington and studied business education/early childhood education. She worked as a strategic marketing analyst for a semiconductor and computer company for several years and then went back to school to study ministry at the Nazarene Bible College. For many years, Debi's love and passion was serving children and their families as a Children's Pastor. After retiring from ministry, Debi managed the financial and organizational aspects of SEMCO Construction, a family owned and operated company, and still serves as co-owner.

Debi realized the importance of Realtors and their knowledge in helping buyers buy or sell a home and pursued a career in real estate. She attended the Burroughs Real Estate School and became a licensed realtor in 2019. She specializes in new and existing residential sales through the Oklahoma City Metro Area and surrounding suburbs. This training and education allows her to help her clients with her knowledge in marketing, finances, and organization/administration. She is devoted to helping her real estate clients make critical decisions in a changing housing market and guide them in the biggest financial decision of their lives.
