Debi and team are second to none! We have used this team for multiple generations in our family. This transaction was a tricky situation where the home transferred to a trust, we had multiple Powers of Attorney, and the original owner was in an assisted living facility; all of whom had some part to play in the sale.

I cannot say enough about Debí and her team! We have used them to buy and sell our home in Indian Hill. Both times a relocation company was involved. Having to work with a relo company is a lot more work for agents. Attention to detail and exceptional timing is crucial to a successful process. Debi and her team have an abundance of both. Debi listened to our needs and made every effort to comply. Along with her real estate knowledge, and keen negotiation skills she also possesses an eye for design. She situated furniture and decorations to create beautiful picture perfect rooms. She has her very own staging wear house that she uses to enhance any space that may need that extra pillow, lamp or night stand. It was a pleasure to work with Debi and her team. They have made a very difficult and stressful time for us, nothing but positive and successful! I highly recommend them and if given the opportunity to work with them again I would absolutely take it!
