Debi is the absolute best. I can't imagine someone working harder to make sure that we found the best buyer in a challenging market. She was responsive, deeply knowledgeable, and even helped us find someone to help facilitate repairs during COVID. She went above and beyond as our realtor and I could not recommend her more!

Debi went above and beyond the call of duty!! There were several items that needed to be addressed like, painting, repairing blinds etc. Debi stepped up her "A" game and really went the EXTRA mile to help out. She was very professional and made me feel like she had total control over selling my condo. I lived out of state so she jumped in and took complete control over the transaction! Truly a BEST in CLASS! Thanks Debi!!

We felt very fortunate to have Debi walk beside us during the listing of our condo. She has a great deal of experience in real estate over many economic cycles and was so helpful in guiding us away from low-ball offers, but also gave gentle suggestions as to when to lower our asking price. She was also knowledgeable and able to explain each piece of paperwork we were signing along the way. Again, overall a great experience. Strongly recommend her!

My spouse and I are new to Portland and didn’t have any direct referrals for a realtor. We found Debi via Zillow, and she really stood out to us because she was the only agent who was consistently closing deals for her buyers under asking.

I’m so glad we went with Debi. She helped us find and close on the perfect home for us, and worked hard to make the process as smooth as possible.

As first time homebuyers, Debi helped us navigate every part of the process with patience and grace, answering all of our questions throughout and making sure we understood what was happening each step of the way.

- Debi is the perfect agent for buying a condo in the Pearl, where she’s been living and selling homes for the past 13 years. Not only does she have excellent industry connections, she also knows just about everybody in the neighborhood. Not surprisingly, she knows each of the buildings in the area like the back of her hand–either because she represented a client there, or she lived there herself.
- Debi was very transparent through the entire home buying process. We felt like we knew exactly what she knew, and we really felt like a team.
- Debi is a fantastic negotiator—she NEVER pressured us to go beyond what we felt a home was worth when making offers, and she stood up for our position in every interaction. We never once felt like she was trying to negotiate against us to get a higher commission for herself, and it was clear from the start that her only goal was to find the right place and price for us. In the end, she got us a great deal, and we came in 20 percent under our budget.
- This transaction was almost entirely carried out over phone and FaceTime, as we were living out of state during our search. Debi is a great communicator, she did a wonderful job of keeping us up to speed with new listings and through the course of purchasing our home. We felt fully supported at a distance, and she really made us feel like we were her only clients, which is especially commendable given that she was working diligently on several other listings and transactions at the time.
- Debi is also incredibly kind, generous, and fun to be around. Buying a home can be a difficult process, but Debi always has a smile and a kind word at the ready.

We had a great experience working with Debi, and we’ve come out the other end with the perfect home and a new friend.
