Debi is incredible in so many ways. She's very professional, yet infinitely patient. She's knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry, but she knows that the goal is to find a home, not just a house. She's far more interested in doing what is right for you than what will make her money. She's a calm, steady spot in the middle of the crazy times of buying or selling a home. With all of that said, my wife and I spent six months going through countless homes and we ended up not even buying one! After six months, we backed out of everything and decided to not move. After all of that, she was still professional, patient, and most interested in what would make us happy. If you're looking for a realtor, you won't regret choosing Debi.

I found Debi after my mother passed and needed an agent to help with assessing the value of the home in Clarksville while I was in Texas. Debi served not only as an outstanding local resource but also controlled the access to the home while contractors were completing repairs. Throughout the process Debi kept me informed and, ultimately, she had the house viewed and sold in quick fashion. We sold the house for almost exactly what she predicted the price to be - she made that assessment well before needed repairs were complete. She was able to suggest a general contractor that provided quality work and quick response time. I have bought and sold four homes and this was by far the best service I received ever. If you are looking for someone with the expertise necessary to advise you and the personal drive to stay busy selling your home (or finding you a new one), Debbi is the professional agent you want working for you.

Debi is an amazing person. 6 years ago she helped my daughter and her family buy a home in Clarksville. When my husband and I decided to make the leap from NY to TN this past summer we called Debi. She really went out of her way for us. She knew we were out of state and helped with all the vendors we needed from utilities to recommendations for different repairmen. My mom who lived in Florida ALSO decided to move near us and Debi helped us find a lot in the same neighborhood so my mom can build her dream home! I call her our 3 generation real estate agent!!! Most realtor are just about the sale, Debi was down to earth and she was interested in finding me the perfect home and she did. We started working with Debi long distance based on the information in her web profile and a phone conversation. Before we began our move to Middle Tennessee from the East Coast she helped us select an array of resale homes to view on our whirlwind trip west. Unfortunately our choice fell through due to forces outside her control so she shifted gears and guided us through the process of finding a builder and contracting for a new home. She worked through some very difficult situations, with very picky buyers, to get us into the house we wanted. If we need to buy or sell a house again, Debi will be the agent we call. Debi Simmons is not only successful as a realtor, she is also a caring and understanding person. I worked with her to find a house in Clarksville since my husband and I had military orders to report there upon his return from Iraq. Debi found us the house of our dreams, below our budget and within a short time. She listened to my likes and dislikes and considered every detail that we wanted in our home. Unfortunately my husband's orders were revoked and we never got to live in the house.
