Residential Specialist® designation by the Council of Residential Specialist. Of the nation’s 1.6 million Realtors®, less than
3% have achieved this coveted status. All CRS agents are required to be members in good and current standing with the
National Association of Realtors® and are hence bound to its Code of Ethics. Hallmarks of CRS agents include a thorough
competency in all aspects of residential real estate, to include advanced training in business strategy, property
investment, marketing, and technology.

certification, and a Home Staging Expert designation.
I’m a sales associate for Provest Realty Associates, servicing all Delaware. I’m a member of the National Association of
Realtors®, Delaware Association of Realtors®, New Castle County Board of Realtors®, Council of Residential Specialist,
and the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. I’ve served as Education Chair for Kent County Association of Realtors and on
