Deborah Balicki

An Atlanta native, Debbie Balicki came into contact with Reynolds Lake Oconee through a direct mail flyer in 1991. The promotion said “Come see the newest course designed by The Golden Bear!” which appealed to this avid golfer, and with Atlanta just a short drive away, Debbie and her husband, Tom, decided to take advantage of the offer. Coming strictly for the golf, they left that weekend as excited new property owners.

Since then, Debbie has won a Women’s Club Championship, owned four properties, built three homes, and has enjoyed 23 rewarding years with Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties - including being named Sales Person of the Year three years in a row. That's quite a lot from what was supposed to be just a weekend of golf!

Having just celebrated her 38th wedding anniversary, Debbie enjoys relaxing at home with her husband outside of work. A lover of travel — particularly cruises — her next planned trip is a transatlantic escapade to Iceland and Greenland. Her favorite cruise is one she took to the Western Mediterranean with 52 other Reynolds Members aboard. And though her work keeps her busy, Debbie still tries to golf when she can.
