A long time resident of West Akron, I enjoy helping my clients throughout the home selling/buying experience. I have two boys who graduated from Archbishop Hoban High School, Kent State University, and The Ohio State University. My eldest son purchased his first home this year and my youngest is pursuing his law degree at Duke School of Law.
I have been involved with Home Staging for many years with various real estate companies. Home Staging is the art of merchandising a home to showcase its best features to prospective buyers. A well-staged home will allow buyers to envision themselves living in the home. Staging help to speed up sales in a sluggish market and can bump up prices 2%-10% in a moderate market.
