I am excited to announce that I am a Realtor full time now. Real Estate is something that I am not only interested in, but am passionate about. Besides your health, there are not many things more important than where you live.
I am not new to the business, as I have done it in the 90’s before it was computerized, and now for the past few years. With all the new technology, the possibilities are endless.
Because I have lived and worked in the area my entire life, I know the area better than most. I raised my 3 daughters in the Niskayuna and Schenectady for the past 30+ years, many of you knew me by my married name of Boland. Prior to that, I was born and raised in the Albany and surrounding areas.
In addition, I have worked in sales for more than 25 years, 18 of which in pharmaceuticals, and 7 in hotel, wedding and convention. I have learned the area well, and more importantly, I have learned that the key to success in sales, is to listen.
