Debbie Chase is a licensed professional Realtor whose goal is to provide customer service that is worthy of word-of-mouth referrals! Her expertise includes buying or selling homes, farms, ranches, and commercial properties, as well as representing developers, investors, and tenants in a wide range of real estate transactions across the Flathead Valley. She is trustworthy, personal, efficient and dedicated to her clients, making sure each one of her client’s real estate needs are met. She will create an action plan from a thorough interview of each client’s current situation, their needs and or desires. Debbie has over 12 years of experience in a combination of real estate agencies and brokerage transactions including residential sales, foreclosure/short sales, and many other various transactions. She is a multi-million-dollar producer and has had the pleasure of servicing multi-million-dollar clients as well as the $10,000 client – treating them all with the same professionalism they deserve.

Debbie has owned several businesses over the years, but her favorite is indeed being a Realtor! She has been married for over 37 years, has two grown children and 5 grandchildren.
