I would highly recommend Debbie Donovan for all your home buying needs! We contacted Debbie when we were living in CT and thinking about moving to SC. She always returned our calls and emails in a timely informative manner. Debbie always made time to show us homes and even told me about local gluten free restaurants for my dietary needs. I only talked to her in passing about my food restrictions, but she remembered and found places for me to enjoy during our stay. Debbie is extremely professional yet friendly - like being around an old friend. We trusted her to look at homes for us when we were in CT because we knew she had our best interest in mind and knew exactly what we liked and wanted. Debbie was with us from the beginning to the end, never passing us on to an associate. I had 3 offers on the table in 1 week! No haggling, got my listing price. Best Realtor I've ever worked with, best experience selling a home in my lifetime. She also helped us buy an estate sale home downtown, which was a 5 month process. Lots of court dates and she attended every one! Above and beyond in my book, I'd never consider anyone else. Clint

Debbie Donovan is amazing! She helped me buy my first house and worked with me every step of the way. Being an out-of-state purchase created some challenges for me, but not for Debbie. She was professional and extremely friendly and so easy to work with. When the time came to sell my house she, once again, came through. Moving is a stressful and sometimes emotional time.
