Deborah Dunham-Bouis

Deborah (Deb) is an Olympia native, now over the young age of 50, she has seen extreme changes and growth in the Greater Thurston, Lewis, and Mason County areas.

Deb graduated from Western Washington University with a B.S. in interior design, and a minor in business and marketing. She has achieved success working for private homeowners, investors, builders, and designers. She has a strong belief that “Education equals knowledge, which then leads to success.”

Communication is paramount to successful relationships, and Deb’s quarterly mailings to her clients are intended to be both informative and fun. Anything from notes about her animals to common sense solutions are included in these missives, along with relevant articles on the current real estate conditions in Washington.

She believes that we are all in this together, which is part of her sense of community. Deb contributes to such organizations as Thurston County Hooved Animal Rescue, the Coat Drive for the local VFW chapter, her annual food and toy drive for Thurston County Food Bank, Toys for Tots, and The Greene Giving Fund. She feels that it is important to look for ways to give back to the community that gives so much to all of us.

Deb lives in the rural Olympia area, and regularly deals with issues involved in the maintenance and upkeep of her properties, including her horses, chickens, geese, ducks, dogs, cats, burros, and emu. This activity allows her to be familiar with some of the many responsibilities that acreage properties present.

If she does not have an answer to a particular question, she will find a resource to give you the information you need in a timely manner. Deb believes that sound decisions can only be made with sound information and makes this one of her focus points to ensure a successful real estate transaction for her clients.
